Part of the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual review will include a "small internal control review" to keep on top of your businesses fraud prevention plan to see any deviations and changes in numbers and overall safeguards.  Should any deviations or concerns become noted, an "Internal Control Review" would be suggested for further research of financial records.
