Martial Arts And Self Defense

Are there a small number of women who have truly become martial arts, and self defense masters?
Or are they doomed for some sick reason to be victims unless they are on steroids and have the same bulk to be as good as a man? Is muscle the ultimate key to being good at the martial arts, and the power to kill someone with one savage punch, or kick to the face? I think it takes more than strength and pain. Isn’t wisdom very important?
strength isn’t the most important. it only takes about 8 pounds of pressure or so to snap the elbow, takes a lot less to snap the wrist, a flick to hurt the neck a solid strike to break the neck. it doesn’t take really any force to misdirect the arm from a strike. a simple block and strike to the throat could take down a professional fighter easily.
i’ve known many, trained with many, and seen many women that can mess people up if they want. my I know a few women that have been studying Aikido and tang soo do and when I was boxing them and trying not to let them get anything they were dropping me and pinning me, easily making me tap out.
I could see them taking out some good martial artists.
